CVs are invited through email by advertising in leading news papers and/or posting of jobs on innovative dimensions international (IDI) website as per principals advised job specs.
Detailed job description/specifications are advertised for each category.
Existing databank is also searched for suitable candidates
CVs received are screened by concerned technical professionals/consultants
CVs of short listed candidates are forwarded to the principal for their review.
Further short list is received from principal for calling concerned candidates for interview/written test.
Final short list is received from principal for the selected candidates based on interview/test
Offer letters are sent to selected candidates subject to medical fitness.
Selected candidates are referred for medical tests to the authorized clinics Offer letters are sent to those having cleared medical tests
Visa applications are submitted to the Saudi Embassy/Consulate along with all necessary documents
On grant of visa, Government Protector’s formalities are completed.
Candidates are given necessary briefing before departure on scheduled flights to the place of work in Saudi Arabia
